Andrea Purcell (Pippa), a graduate of Therapeutic Massage Training Institute in Charlotte, NC, has been a licensed massage therapist since 2001 and a clinical aromatherapist since 2016. She has worked in private practice, spas, backstage at concerts, and in a hospital setting, offering massage therapy to inpatients, outpatients, and employees. Chimney Rock Essential Therapies is located in the heart of Chimney Rock, North Carolina, with a beautiful view of the state park and within walking distance of various vacation rentals and restaurants.

Massage

Pippa Purcell (LMBT NC #2602) has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years. She specializes in not having a specialty. Her experience is in private practice (Deep Tissue, Swedish), corporate events (Chair Massage), and in a healthcare setting (Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Bedside Hospital Massage and Oncology Massage). She believes that the client should be the guide in his or her own treatment, and that every reason for getting a massage, either to relax, work out a knot, or complement a client’s ongoing therapy, is a valid reason. Chimney Rock Essential Therapies is her alternate practice and ultimate retirement dream!
